Rockledge, FL (June 25, 2010) — For the third year in a row, Health First Health Plans’ (HFHP) Call Center has been recognized by J.D. Power and Associates for providing “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience.”
The certification means HFHP successfully completed an audit and exceeded a national benchmark for satisfaction on a survey of their customers. Customers evaluated HFHP’s performance in these factors: courtesy; knowledge; concern for the customer; usefulness of the information provided; convenience of operating hours; ease of reaching a representative; and timely resolution.
Only those call centers that score in the top 20 percent according to a national benchmark are eligible to become certified by J.D. Power and Associates. HFHP is one of a select group of healthcare organizations in the country to achieve this certification.
